June Stanley, Owner
June Stanley founded Stanley Law Firm, PLLC after practicing for several years in the Tulsa area. Her general civil practice includes Native American law, domestic law including divorce, children's issues, guardianships for children and adults, adoption, probate and estate planning, real property law including foreclosure, business and contract law and commercial litigation.
June's business background has given her the ability to provide practical solutions to legal solutions and to manage cases in a cost-efficient manner. Her sincerity and willingness to handle a variety of legal issues makes her a pleasure to work with.
June is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she is a coach for the Native American Law Student’s Association National Moot Court Competition. The teams have placed in the top 4, and top 8 since 2013. In March, 2018, at ASU Phoenix, Az. competition, the team won first place beating more than 200 students from 45 law schools.
The final round for the National Championship was heard by some very distinguished justices including
Judge William J. Canby, US Ct of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Her education includes a BS in Business Management from Keene State College, Keene, NH; an MBA with a focus on Strategies and Policy from Drury University, Springfield, MO; and a JD from the University of Tulsa, College of Law. While in law school, June also earned certificates in Native American Legal Studies and International and Comparative Law.
She is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma State Courts, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma, and multiple Tribal Courts throughout Oklahoma. She also has experience with the Federal Indian Probate Courts and the CFR Courts.
